ABOUT US
At IfarmGH we believe that Ghanaian farms and their produce can change the country for the better. Our mission is to simplify the process of sustainable farming and food distribution, always keeping people and the planet in mind.
OUR PURPOSE

Our aim is to make it easy for our customers to help themselves, their community and the country. We work hard behind the scenes to grow and source the finest, sustainable and organic foods that are not only good for our health and wellbeing but also support independent growers, small-scale farmers and makers. Our commitment to reducing and using food waste helps to create a better world with every sustainable weekly shop. While fighting poverty and climate change is a challenging and ambitious task, we know that together, we can build a greener future for all.
OUR PEOPLE

Our team of farmers, independent growers and makers are the backbone of our business. By ordering from us, customers not only enjoy healthy and delicious food but they also support local communities. We are dedicated to using our business as a force for good. Giving back to our community is a top priority and we actively seek ways to drive positive change, such as by packing food parcels and planting trees. We also place a high value on our team, creating a positive workplace in which everyone feels valued and heard. We have committed to equal gender pay and founded our own equality and inclusivity committee while pledging to the mental health at work commitment.
OUR PLANET

We understand that everything we do has an impact on the planet so we strive to tread as lightly as possible. That's why we promote organic, wild and innovative, sustainably-grown food, which not only helps to protect our soil but also boosts biodiversity. Our commitment to putting the planet first is ingrained in our DNA and influences every decision we make. We are leading the way in adopting a low-plastic approach to life, with no plastic in our deliveries. As part of our sustainability promise, we even collect any food scraps for compost on our farms through our doorstep food waste collection scheme.
